Why is my data not up to date?

If you just made updates in Salesforce, Lexio might not have pulled in the new data yet. Lexio refreshes data every 4 hrs. 


It's also possible that your Salesforce connection is no longer valid. The most common cause is that your Salesforce credentials have changed (e.g. you changed your password). Since Lexio uses your Salesforce credentials to access the data, it needs to be kept up-to-date. Note that the Salesforce access tokens also changes when you change your Salesforce password, and the old token is deactivated. 


If you change your password in Salesforce, be sure to update the credentials here in Lexio as well. This will ensure your Salesforce data is up-to-date in Lexio as well.
