*You must be an Admin to update a data connection*


You may need to update your Salesforce connection if or when your SF password or token expires. When you reset your password in Salesforce, it also resets your SF access token. When this happens, be sure to update the credentials in Lexio to ensure the data is up-to-date.


In the Data tab, click on the application you want to update, and click the "Reauthenticate" button. There, you'll be able to add the new password and token.

Note, this must be the password and token associated with the Salesforce account under which the app was originally created. 


To swap out the Salesforce credentials for a different user, reach out to your Narrative Science CSM or submit a ticket in the top right.
