Customizing Dimensions

 

The dimensions used in the driver analysis are configured by an admin within your org. If you'd like to see different dimensions, reach out to the admin or contact your Narrative Science Customer Success Manager




Note for Salesforce Stories - by default, Lexio analyzes the following five dimensions for driver analysis for Salesforce stories:

  1. Opportunity Type
  2. Department
  3. City
  4. Lead Source
  5. Salesperson
