Breakdown

 

 

Greatest contributors - Calls out the top entity by bookings. If there is more than one tied for the most bookings, Lexio will call out multiple entities.

e.g. - "Quarter to date, the greatest contributor to bookings is the Grey Global Group Inc. account ($150k)."

 

Top Contributor compared to average - Compares the bookings of the top entity to the average of all the entities.

e.g. - "Bookings that the Grey Global Group Inc. account has quarter to date are over two times ($83.3k) greater than average bookings per account quarter to date ($66.8k)."

Bookings Comparison - Calls out the bookings for each entity being compared and the difference between them.

e.g. - "The best account executive by bookings last week was Archer Washington, and the worst account executive by bookings was Cassie Rollins. Archer Washington's bookings ($19.7k) were over four times ($15.2k) greater than Cassie Rollins's ($4.5k)."


Number of deals comparison - Calls out the number of opportunities for each entity being compared and the difference between them.

e.g. - "Archer Washington's number of deals (4) was four times (three) greater than Cassie Rollins's (1)."


Average deal size comparison - Calls out the average deal size for each entity being compared and the absolute and percentage difference between them.

e.g. - "Archer Washington's average deal size ($4.9k) was $425.00 (9%) greater than Cassie Rollins's ($4.5k)."


Cycle time comparison - Calls out the average cycle time for each entity being compared and the absolute and percentage difference between them.

e.g. - "Archer Washington's deals' average cycle time (66.5 days) was 28.5 days (75%) greater than the average cycle time for Cassie Rollins's (38 days)."


Drivers comparison - Calls out the top contributing dimension drivers for each entity being compared. 

e.g. - "The top contributors to Archer Washington's bookings were the Web Lead lead source ($10.7k), the New Client opportunity type ($10.6k), and the Upsell opportunity type ($9.1k), but the top contributors to Cassie Rollins's were the Web Lead lead source, the city of San Diego, and the New Client opportunity type ($4.5k each)."
