Lexio refreshes data every 4 hrs, so it's possible Lexio hasn't yet pulled in the new data yet.
It's also possible that your data connection is no longer valid. The most common cause is that your authentication/credentials have changed (e.g. you changed your password). Since Lexio uses those credentials to access the data, it needs to be kept up-to-date.
If you change your authentication credentials, be sure to update in Lexio as well. This will ensure Lexio has the most up-to-date data.
