Lexio automatically pulls updated data from the source every 4 hours.

This happens 6am, 10am, 2pm, 6pm, and 10pm (Central time) every day.

You can also manually trigger a data refresh. You need to be an admin to do this. Navigate to the Data section and click on the Data Connection. You'll then have an option to click "Refresh Stories".
