How is Lexio suggesting stories in the "What to Read Next" section on the right-hand side?

  • Lexio always will show 6 options on the ‘what to read next’ section.

  • Lexio will always show a story about a “related” metric if there is a relationship in Lexio's Knowledge base.

    • For Related Metric stories, Lexio will keep the same timeframes and filters

    • Ex. If looking at New Pipeline This Month, Lexio will suggest Lost Opps This Month)

  • Lexio will always show options for at least one other story type (e.g. track, breakdown, compare)

    • Lexio will keep the same timeframes and filters

    • Ex: If looking at Track New Pipeline, Lexio will suggest Breakdown New Pipeline by [x] and Compare New Pipeline by [x].

  • Lexio may also show a different timeframe story if there are not six stories from the first two scenarios.

    • This will always be a shift in timeframe (moving from This to Last, and vice versa)

    • It will sometimes suggest a change. Ex. If looking at This Month, suggest This Quarter). If it does, it will always show a ‘broader’ timeframe (e.g., if you look at Month, Lexio will suggest Quarter; if you look at Quarter, Lexio will suggest Year)
